We need a person that can build a PHP from scratch that can develop a custom php website with jquery and java script that will integrated also as the look and feel with our billing system whmc and it must have a backend or admin area where we can add more pages and will allow us to edit the articles or customize with out knowing any HTML or CSS you need to also make good graphics and unique without getting any from google or violate any copywriters so you need to actually make the graphics to use and i need it to be good looking ones as mention this would be for a web hosting company that we will offer web hosting, reseller hosting , vps, voip, dialers, voice broadcasting, backup and video conferencing you will need to create the website professionally and elegant looking as if its a multi million $ company this will Please do not bid with over our budget as i will not even bother awarding you the project if you go over our budget Requirements Must Have a good standing team of man power must have a good skills of development must have good freelancer 5 star feedback understands english and can communicate clearly and has been a designer for a long period of time
