Build a Website

I have a website template, html5 css3 bootstrap frame, [login to view URL], but has no admin backend, not easy manage the frontend. Need improve the template frontend and design an affordable admin for that, or design a new one. the website features as below, 1. "Home page", the hottest best seller showing, and link to clients view more products on another website, [login to view URL] 2. "Services page", telling my business merchandise. 3. "Price page", for the products wholesale quotations, the pdf format upload should be supported, need login for price viewing. 4. "About page", company profiles. 5. "Contact page", contact form, instant msg support, and some social media links, like Facebook twitter ect. 6. Multi-language 7. logo design another creative suggestions accepted. many thanks
