Build a Website

Hello, I need to build a website for users to check their statistics based on a regularly updated CSV file. Depending on how many times a specific code is mentioned in a CSV, the user should see his score updated. Because of that I need a frontend for users to login and a backend for me to work with. 1) Frontend First page/Main page (see attachment jpg) · Login page (username, pass, forgot pass, company logo, etc.) After login page (see attachment jpg): · Score (+ last updated date information), · Preview for next milestone (text plus picture) · Overview of bonus matrix · Settings (change password, change email) · Cash-out button (paypal, bank account information) creating alert · Score Ranking of users - exclusive member area. 2) Backend: Design not that important. But functions are: · Creating user accounts · Automatic download (from my [login to view URL] account) and upload of CSV file every 12 hours · Ranking of scores. But change of ranking should be possible (add positions, change name and points) · Option of activating and editing Exclusive member area depending on points. · Menu for each member for me to be visible (scores, what does their frontend look like etc, login statistic: when and how many times did they login, change their milestone matrix – pic and text - , create overview of bonus matrix, etc.)
