Build a Website

I need just the home page of a website designed for me along the lines of the attached graphics. 5 main banner-like graphics will slide across from the left to the right. You are at liberty to determine the layout and links. These can be easily modified by me when I want to later. Please you will have to keep in contact with me through out the course of the job so we can ensure that the outcome conforms as much as possible with the perceived concept. I'd like the header part of the page to be inspired by the design in the file, header_space_sample.jpg. Also, if you can incorporate the background image in [login to view URL] that will be appreciated. The site is about movie celebrity wannabees so that royal look might just come in handy.
