We would like to set up a pop up form on a "Free" promotional button that captures email address & first name. Once that is captured, we would like to send an automatic thank you email using the address & first name with a pdf attachment. Once awarded, we will provide login info and exact details on where the current button resides. We would like this email to be editable for future promotions.
