Build a basic invoicing PHP application with basic ledger

Hi We are looking for a very basic invoicing and ledger keeping php web based software. No traffic targeted. It is just for personal use. 1. User will login and create a invoice and print on A5 paper or send it through email or save PDF. 2. invoice is very basic, Tax and discount needs to be added manually. 3. Add a client name, address function to be added on same invoice page. 4. Automatic ledger book keeping of those clients to view books, edit, delete and create invoice function only, No add-ons 5. Only Advance search option to be included to find invoices by invoice#, client name,date calendar etc. Instant and quick search without refreshing page. 6. No reports to be generated. User just want to take his invoicing online so that they can create, print, save or email invoices. I repeat no accounting software, It is just simple and basic invoicing software, no add-ons.
