Build a better map for game.

This task is to convert a SVG map into a D3.js map. The current svg map is located here at [login to view URL] and needs to be redone to work something like the top map here at [login to view URL] * The mouse overs need to work like the 1 in the example with all html tags. * All regions need to get there data from the database. Including region details and line details. * Data from the database includes: region colour, occupying country, original country, region resources. All this data is in 2 tables which will be provided. * The map must also be resizeable like the example map. * Copyright of the map is to remain with myself. * All files must be created in PHP. Eg PHP master file and D3.js map file created in a PHP script.
