Build a custom Parallax scrolling website.

I need a Parallax website built which has e commerce capabilities. The illustration and the design will be provided. Below is the specs of the website that we want developed: e Commerce subscription website with a single product being sold with two option of payment, Monthly and yearly. The product is educational videos that teach its viewers a certain skill . Each month a number of videos will be sent to the subscriber once the payment has gone through. There's a discount incentive for the yearly subscribers and if customers take this option the videos will still be sent to them in monthly batches. The system will need to have a gate way that releases the videos to the subscribers as soon as the money has cleared. This way the seller will have little work in terms of posting videos. All videos will be available in a holding place on the site and each month 8 go out to customers that pay. Very simple transaction. The site will need to be designed in HTML Parralax similar to the sites in the links below. The illustration/animation and storyboards will be provided so its just the development that we need. The site will also need to be responsive but it doesn't need t have the complexities of the regular version of the site. The mobile versions can be a more basic version of the site.
