Build a shopping aggregator website similar to SHOPSTYLE

Hello, I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can design and build a shopping aggregator website similar to SHOPSTYLE. Scope of work: I need both the front end and the backend Design should be flat ui style. Programming should include a scalable database structure.
