Convert 3 HTML files to 3 TPL (WHMCS based)

Dear Busy Coders, I need someone to convert my HTML website files to TPL Files. The spesifications are as follow: 1. There will be 3 (three pages) that you need to convert 2. Those files are indeed, part of my website 3. The header and footer, are all the same. Also the other style, etc are the same either. 4. The designs are already there also. 5.
