Create HTML5 Application/Site

Please visit this site: [login to view URL] I want to create something just like it in HTML5 (or other) for use on iphone, (or other mobile), and web. It will have 10 "pages" with the equivalent of "Prosecution" and "Defense" for each one. Mine will be Product A and Product B - but you probably get the idea. I want it to work just like the link above. Sooner is better for me, so please comment on how long it would take you to create, and how much it would cost. Thank you.
