change wordpress site to another theme

I have a woocommerce site here doodlebuckets.com. The site design is fine, but the theme itself has some problems. I want to change over to using the Jupiter theme by artbees, whilst keeping the same design, more or less. IMportant factors. Menu with images, titles and descriptions must be maintained. Product category pages with image, top description(part of it hidden by javascript) and bottom description must be maintained. Colors must be maintained. All else is flexible. I have started in in a test domain, but it needs the header,menu and product category pages done. These will need to be coded into the child theme i think, as the theme itself will not allow same design(i think) Would prefer someone with jupiter / artbees experience. Must be ready to start tomorrow. If you dont apply referring to the job, I will mark your bid as spam, i have no time for people who apply for everything but don't read the job.
