customise an existing website

update and complete an existing joomla 3.X website. since i am travelling in chennai and bangalore, i prefer a company or a team with capability to bid on this around the area. if you are not up for it. seriously.....dont waste my time. and if you can do only one of all or only few...PLEASE DONT BID. i want a capable team to do the whole work, if not, please dont bid. if you are from elsewhere, thats fine. but like the above said, if you can deliver....dont bid. with all prior experience, i want the bidder to remember that it will be 20% after i see the drafts and 80% after the project is complete. so make sure this is read clearly. - create non scrolling banners to the left and right, with the central content being able to scroll - create 2 Left banners and 2 right banners for the front page (multiple designs are to be given with good creative knowledge, wordings will be provided, the graphical banner, must be designed and uploaded) - create two forms for communication between the visitors of website and the client - recreate contact us image graphics and inserting contact us numbers (need multiple versions before approving) - new login image graphic, we will provide the theme (need multiple versions before approving) - Need to create a new Agents Page, (where visitors can scroll for all our agents in India or Nepal or Srilanka) - - - contact us page similar to the main contact us page, where each agent and his agency can be drilled and found out from one place. - - - Each of the agency will have its map from google maps and can display their contact details (this should be managed by us as there might be occurrences where agents might change address, phones or any such info) - - - The agents must be browsable, from India, Nepal, Sri Lanka and accordingly from the cities which could be added into the system and accordingly we will need to input their address to show their location on google maps - add an india office page - From the contact us page, footer location, through a tile graphic image and a banner “aboutindiaoffice” (We want to do a short website inside the main website about our work – similar to this [login to view URL], we will provide the template if needed) - website cleanup - all core content from the default joomla needs to be cleaned up - change the slideshow to be able to play html5 videos on frontpage slideshow and advertise 3 of the key videos in the front page - Multiple Indian languages added for page translation (if possible, all indian languages – including, Punjabi, hindi, tamil, telugu, malayalam, gujurati) - Mobile and tablet layout is customised to the size of the screen - Any articles published should automatically update on facebook and twitter - Google analytics and Facebook integration to be done.
