Basic Photoshop Design for a FB Cover

I wish to create a simple Facebook Cover Photo that include 1 large thermometer to present national sales results, and 34 smaller thermometers to showcase local sales office results. I've done a basic mock up in Photoshop but realized it wasn't very good and I'm under a time crunch so I was hoping someone with a higher level of ability than me could quickly polish it up. I've attached a mockup in JPEG in addition to the Photoshop files that I've been using. I have a list of the Local Office names and their targets. So the task would be to make an improved version of the current mockup in addition to customizing each thermometer with the Local Office name and their target to complete the design. The final output should be in Photoshop and JPEG.
