Cartoon drawing for a Cartoon novel

I am looking for a good cartoonist who can draw cute and humorous cartoons. This is for a cartoon novel done in the style of "Diary of a Wimpy Kid". I want to start with a 10 panel cartoon. If it's well done, I would continue to engage you for further jobs. Please provide samples of your work. I have also attached a sample of a style of cartoon drawing that works for me. If you can do it in a similar style that would be ideal. It would mostly be black and white so no need to color. Please give the price for a 10 panel cartoon. Ideas will be from me.
