Design template for email communication - HTML Email design

We have an e-commerce site. We want to have a template created for all our email communications with our customers from our website. eg: *welcome email when a customer signs up *thank you email when a customer buys something *update email on shipping with tracking *delivery email when item is delivered etc. Our email templates have to be unique and will require using of special tags. We have the invoice and packing slip already designed, and the email templates will have to follow that design. Our site is designed in PHP and uses CRE Loaded. We are looking for an experienced html/Css email coder. Knowledge of javascript would be a plus. Please send some samples of your work similar to this work when you bid. This job is urgent.
