Design two commercials for innovative online charity advice service

A service has been developed whereby charities can provide advice one another in a peer-to-peer fashion. The free service allows cash-strapped charities to improve their services - e.g. a dog shelter in Australia can get advice on how to run a successful dog shelter from another dog shelter in Australia or elsewhere around the world. In order to attract further funding for the concept and to help make charities aware of our services, we intend to create two cartoon-like commercials of around 60 seconds in length which we can place on YouTube. We intend to adapt the commercial for TV broadcast pending further funding and partnership deals. To save on costs given our tight budget, we have located a suitable template available on Envato. The video template is in Adobe After Effects CS5 format and can be viewed online ([login to view URL]). We like the background track and are happy to use it, the track can also be accessed online ([login to view URL]). We will purchase the templates at our own cost and supply them for you so you can edit them. We have developed scripts for both commercials. The first relates to a boy and his pet rabbit - the rabbit is lonely leading the boy to establish a local rabbit club so that other lonely rabbits in the neighborhood can play with one another. The boy uses our free service to establish the rabbit club and it results in a successful rabbit club with lots of happy rabbits. The second relates to a boy and his trumpet - the boy wants to play the trumpet in an orchestra but is unable to do so due to a lack of funding. He uses our free services to help raise funds and establish the orchestra. This leads to lots of happy children playing in an orchestra together. Draft scripts of both commercials are attached for your reference. The expected tasks will include customization, rendering, drawing, finding new images as the template does not include all the required images, retouching images, possible feedback and extra adjustments, and voiceover for the narrator. It will also be helpful to develop a storyboard to minimize any rework. The rabbit commercial script is the most advanced so we prefer to start with that. We can later move onto the trumpet commercial script. We are happy to publicly acknowledge the creator of the commercial.
