Content changes to a 19 page inDesign document

I require a designer to make a series of contextual and image based changes throughout a 19 page document. There are a number of changes throughout. All the changes have been outlined using notes, underlined and/or highlighted throughout the GOOGLE-E-BOOK-PROOF-READ.pdf. I need you to be very thorough and go through the entire document ensuring all noted parts have been addressed. If you are confused or do not understand any of the instructions you will need to ask me for assistance and not make any changes until you are satisfied you understand the instructions. In regards to the imagery changes, all the images will be provided to you. They will be located under the Links -> New Links folder. I will provide the successful bidder with the InDesign document for manipulation and editing purposes. I will require seeing the initial round of changes to ensure all the changes have been performed and to ensure the document flows, reads and appears correctly and aesthetically. We may need to go back and several times to ensure the document is correct. Please indicate the amount of time you estimate it will take you to complete these moderate level changes to the 19 page document. Thank You
