Convert New York City 3DSMAX scene to LIGHTWAVE

We are looking for a 3D Artist to do a scene conversion from 3DSMAX 2009 to LIGHTWAVE 9.6 The scene is composed by 8 tileable city blocks making a total of 65 buildings, and is setup for Vray renderer. Your job will be to port the entire scene from 3DSMAX 2009 to LIGHTWAVE 9.6, including geometry, shaders/materials, lighting and render settings. Please, respond with an estimation of the time and effort to complete the work. We will be contracting more of these jobs on a regular basis. In short, we are looking for stable collaborators working fast and effectively.
