Designer Wanted

Hello I am looking for a designer, English speaking American or European. I have a jobs inc web page designs, brochures, branding and other work. I need someone who has a keen interest in the marketing side as well as an expert in design. Please don't bid if you read a book on design and think your a designer or could play with colours and shapes at school. I am always looking for people who are experts in there field, and can show a full portfolio or a mock up of what i may need. Seems pointless writing a brief on this site as most people ignore them and bid regardless. Once i have found the people i need i will open up a job with a brief to the job and we can agree a cost before moving forward. Thanks
