Design some Stationery

My business is a building surveying practice. branding is a very important aspect in any business. I have recently had an autoresponder designed which responds to emails and sends an email to my prospective clients offering a service however, I need the email to be designed so that it looks good to my prospective clients for example it should match my website. I also want the report to to be designed so that it has some kind of good coporate look to it . at the moment the report looks rather plain but i would like ti to have some border to the bottom of the page so that it looks presents well. I have a attached an example of the report. I have also attached an example of the email that is sent to prospective clients. the email contains attachments. I would like a pay no button added within the email. The pay now button will link to the worldpaycom payment portal where client will input there credit card details. so that the prospective client can pay the amount quote. therefore the hyper link of this button should be able to extract the amount quoted tot he client so that they pay that [login to view URL] terms and conditions will also need to be added as part of the payment process so that the clients can print it off once they have completed it. I would like tthe payment portal set up too as i am not good at htm programming. I have attached the [login to view URL] instructions to assist you. If you think you can spice up the items attached and can produce something that will entice our prospective clients to use our services please submit your bid. Please note that I do not want my logo to be changed. I want to keep my logo I just want to have some branding done for the report and email don so that it looks good, coporate friendly, contemporary and at the same time professional. Many Thanks Simon
