To Whom it May Concern My name is Shane Doherty and I recently came up with a new idea for a utility App. Unfortunately I have no experience with the technical side of creating an App and as a result have decided to outsource that task. Your company was recommended to me and I decided to get involved. I was hoping to get some basic information from yourself about the time involved in building a utility App and the overall costs. I appreciate this may be hard to do without fully knowing the ins and outs of the App so any estimates you believe would be suitable then please include them. I also would like to know, if you did decide to get involved in the project, what would be your conditions. In other words would I pay you an agreed sum in return for your services I.e. designing the app? With regards to the app itself, I have established what I want each feature to do as well as the overall functionality of the app. Without giving away too much about the app, one of the main features is a simple phone lock.
