Build a Website (front end function)

We would like to find someone to help us build the planning function for our website. The description of this planning function is as follow: The first page of this planning function webpage will have three 24 hours timelines, and each timeline will represent a day with 24 small marks to represented 24 hours. As a result, the first page will have three 24 hours timelines stacked vertically and mark "Day 1" "Day2" and "Day 3" accordingly. On the bottom of the "Day 3" timeline, there will be an arrow button which help the user to scroll the page down to product more 24 hours timelines if needed. On the same page, the user will be able to select any of the time period start by pressing one particular time slot and drag the mouse to the right to represent the length of time slots the user want to acquire. After selecting the desire time slot, this page will extend at the bottom with a new page. (Please notice how this new page is not the pop up of our first page, it is just an extension at the bottom of our first page) At the new extended page, we will see an empty form with the selected time slot on the top, the first line of the form is the time period. the content of the time period is decided when you chosen the time interval at the first page. And the second line of the form is titled "title". this field is limited within 30 characters and the user can fill out the title of this time slot. The third line and so on will be empty space where the user can select what they want to fill out by choosing the four types of functions buttons on the left side of the form. The four types of function buttons are "Transport" "Content" "Picture" and "Link". By using the "Transport" button, the user can fill out type of transport they want. By using the "Content" button, the user will be able to insert wordings in the form, by using the "Picture" button, the user will be able to insert pictures in the form, and by using the "Link" button, the user will be able to insert link into the form. The way the user using those four functions is by dragging the function button on the left onto the form, and then the user can edit the form according to their chosen function. Once the whole schedule/plan was created for the particular time slot mentioned, the user will press "save" at the bottom and this extended page will terminate. At this time, the selected time slot on the first page will changed color and the "title" from the extended page will appear on the selected time slot In conclusion, the main function we are looking for here are 1) to create 24 hours timeline which the users can drag and create his or her own desired time slot, for example from 10am - 2pm. 2) to create up and down arrow buttons to create additional timelines. 3) to create an extended page at the bottom of the timeline page when the time slot was selected 4) to create three functions buttons "Content", "Picture" and "Link" 5) to create a trash can function on the bottom of the form which you can delete the entries by drag any form entries in it 6) to create a drag function which able to drag the three functions buttons onto the empty form 7) to link back to first page and show the selected time slot has already been edited by changing the time slot color and adding a title Attached below are the image for our first page and extended webpage.
