CREATE 3 CUSTOMIZABLE PROPOSALS IN HTML FORMAT TO BE USED WITH proposable.com

I'm looking for a writer/designer to create 3 customizable quotes for us to use in a email marketing campaign. We already 3 current quotes in use, but want to make them more appealing informative and creative. We sell DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS accounts and all our clients require us to send a custom proposal for them to review. We use a web based system called [login to view URL] to deliver them and know if they have been open and reviewed. I know this system allows HTML format, I also required for this to be mobile device friendly since most people will most likely be reviewing the quotes via their smart phones or tables.
