Complete A to Z website

I need a complete website, with menu and all pages include. Complete horizontal menu with scroll down (java or css) windows 8.1 style. If possible be created with magento (no wordpress) for future upgrade. I will write all info and text for the website when done. The website will be a voip phone seller and need to be professional. The company will be hiring, have to complete this: - header, menu, body, footer (HTML5 and CSS3 and/or magento and/or PHP) (WW3C approved) - website design with possibility for owner to change color (grey and green patone) - in the body section, a banner with opportunity to slide - footer have the copyright and a simple menu (same as the menu without button) The owner already have: - company logos - will complete his own text and menu after buying the project.
