Contest: Create web design (PSD) for educational website

For this project I want you to create a PSD-design for three levels of my website "www . get the skill . com". - Homepage - Listing page (such as the list of language courses) - Specific course type page (such as the page for german courses) I want you to freely look over the website and decide how you would make the website to make it more: - User friendly and intuitional - Well designed and easy to understand. while maintaining: - SEO-focus - Great ad placements for high CTR Deliver only as PSD (i.e. I am NOT expecting html+css). I will be hiring more than one designer for this project. The best one will be hired for many more projects in the future and used as my preferred partner. For this reason I expect you to be great at implementing html & css as well as do Wordpress designs, but this project is just to measure your design skills.
