Design a Website Mockup

The project - Website was done in PHP Website that needs to be altered, which mean basically do something changing- I have all the files including database.. 1 - Before we can start the project I want to see how the changes will done 2 - Anyone is interested in the project has to show me Sample of the changes before I pay any money 3 - I want to be able to use the Admin Page to make any changes/updates 4 - If i am satisfied the job i will be happy to give more projects These are my requirements...I hope to hear from you soon
