Design a Website Mockup

I need a design for a specialty job profile board. This will have some usual things that a site will have - Home, news, blog, and likely some other things, but there needs to be a web application piece that users can use to enter their profile. There will be different sections, for example, personal information, employment information, education, and the like. I am looking for someone that can really make a web site pop - design is important. DO NOT SEND ME A LONG LIST OF WEB SITES - ONLY SEND ME YOUR THREE OR FOUR BEST! Also, I prefer examples of web applications that you have done. I prefer not to look at web stores that sell items - most of these have pretty crappy design anyway.
