Change monogram to Red and align text and monogram in Word

I have attached a monogram to this project. The monogram is currently black and i need the monogram to be red. I have also attached a pamplet word template to this project. The pamplet is divided into 3 sections. the first section to the left is where the new red monogram will go and i need it to be centered perfect with that section. I will need the monogram to be a certain size so we might have to work together on that to get it the size i want. There are 2 other sections that are all red text. The text also needs to be aligned in the center of the section it is in. When you change the color of the monogram from black to red please make the red match the text that is in the pamplet word document.
