A PSD or Wordpress Theme for Wordpress

I would like to create a personal website for myself, that will act as my online CV, projects, blog and contact place. Therefore I would like a PSD layout made that also has a design for a FLUID website therefore a PSD will be needed for those views as well. Therefore the sections are: TOP SOCIAL ICONS BAR >>> THERE MUST BE A TOP SOCIAL ICON BAR WITH A GITHUB ICON AS WELL I WILL GIVE MORE INFO LATER. 1. Home Page: Should be creative up to you look at samples for ideas 2. Resume Page: This page should take the supplied CV and make into a info-graphic CV that will be displayed with the option to download. [login to view URL] 3. Projects Page: Each project I work is either a website or application some have graphics some just have description and some have description with code, come up with a clean way ti display both types of projects as well was the actual project page will look like. 4. Blog: This is a wordpress powered blog, that will have several blog types as can be seen here [login to view URL] each different type of post has a unique icon to represent it the types are : Posts, Links, Tweets, Videos, snippets, tutorials, demos, code posts. If you look there you will see each displays differently according ti type. This should be treated correctly in all FLUID view types so this blog remains easy to navigate. 5. Contact Page: I do not want a FORM, or MAP or where they can contact me instead here they should be able to download my v-card like here.
