I am interested in creating a 4 inch x 9 inch postcard that will fit into an envelope. It will be placed with envelop with a letter to a referring physician. I am an orthopedic surgeon who has specialty training in Sports Medicine. I am known in the community as a "Shoulder Expert", however I would like to be known as a Sports Medicine Expert which encompasses taking care of adolescent and young adult athletes with ACL (knee) injuries and Shoulder dislocations. Additionally, I am planning on giving the card to patients when the leave. I am thinking of something along the lines of: Mark XXXXX MD Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon with Certification in Sports Medicine Although Dr. XXXX is a compressive knee and shoulder surgeon. Drawing on his experiences as an athlete and as a surgeon, he will individualize a patient's treatment plan to maximize their recovery. Due to the urgency of sports related injuries, Dr. XXXX will make every effort to accomadate the Injured Athlete for a prompt evaluation.
