I need a website that will be used to rent holiday apartments. The primary page on the sight will prompt the user to enter his check in and check out dates. Based on this information, the site will provide a number of options which are available on those dates based on the information stored on our database. This information will be shown in terms of property photos and a short description. For more information, a user can click into each property and get a detailed description of each propery, more photos, a map of where the apartment is location, and a price based on date. There will be an option to book this apartment there. By booking, the user will be prompted to enter credit card details and personal information over an SSL connection, which will then be sent to our servers and to the email address that we specify - the owner of the aparment. The site should also have a back end administration panel accessible for admins. Here the admin can create a new profile, add a property, add photos, edit descriptions, edit check-in/check-out times, and/or edit/remove a property. There should be a different admin panel for the owner of each property so they can manage date availability. This will work with the search function on the main site. If there is availability on the dates specified, the property will appear. If there is no availability, the property will appear with the logo 'sold out' appearing over the specific property.

Hello Let me describe what I understood. 1) a registration panel for Apartments holder 2) to add apartments and make and mark it available by date. Later on the apartments holders can add, edit , delete and make the availability of the apartments. A calender system may be used. 3) a user will search apartments and a list of apartment will come up. By clicking on the list users will be redirected to the detail page. The user can book and pay by credit card etc. Please reply if I am missing something.
