Book Cover Designer Needed

Hello! I want to hire someone to design the cover my book. This is a satirical book about politics...thus the designer needs to have a wry, intelligence sense of humor. The text would be provided and author photo and bio will be submitted. And as you may guess, there are format requirements by the online publisher. The book is written and now the cover needs to be designed. I welcome your creativity, two optional designs to choose from and short delivery time.
