Book cover design in pdf output

I need a better book cover - I have one already but it comes across Amazon as a poor job (even thou I like it :) Further I use the image as my publishing logo (imprint) so I have to have a better image. I have a hammock in mind with a person in it or something along these lines. The cover must be "CLEAN" i.e. the image license must be released and clean to use for commercial purpose as a cover. The images must be high res and professional grade. I have enclosed my printer Lighgning Souce's specs for cover submission and and details. Please include two sizes of covers in your bid, one EU and USA standards for a 8.5 X 11 size. I also need ISBN on the back cover and my picture as well. All further files and info will be furnished to the winning bidder.
