Branding for Cover and Document

Looking for a Professional worker that is "Excellent" quick in layout/formatting simple reports, documents or proposals and able to incorporate "excellent" winning impact graphic as needed. Looking for in the near future someone that also has Experience in layout /design of conference program booklets is a plus. * Please show sample of your work. I have a sample "attached" of the type of similar simple comments for the docs that we currently need to correct or enhance/update. **The IMMEDIATE need is for a simple enhancement for a proposal to complete tomorrow in less than 5 hours. - 10 similar comments as sample above; Need a header, footer The document has a resume that will need to be enhance/layout to be eye catching "highlighting the key elements" and have impact. If you are good, you can do the format, enhance the key elements on the doc, it has graphic on the cover, it is up to you if you want to show off you can do better,.. If you are good you can do what needs to be done in less than 3 hours...modest.. you get the point! This is a pilot project to see if we can have someone to use on a ongoing basis for simple formatting, for documents, reports, resume enhancement etc. Thanks, I look forward to seeing your work samples.(EST time here) p.s.
