We desire to completely recast [login to view URL] with extensive functionality including charity management module, recruitment management module and payment gate-way. Ideally we want a very competent programmer who is employed profitably elsewhere and handles our work part time. S/he can summon other help - such as for graphics - from others. Although we are a dedicated NGO we will pay a reasonable professional fee. The developer must either know excellent core PHP with Joomla framework, or be adept at c#/VB. S/he should also know good English and have decent broadband connectivity. S/he is also welcome to come to our place and work. We can also consider regular employment.
