This website is basically an online platform to make orders that allows 2 different kinds of accounts to be opened. As the admins of the website we should be able to manage the receipt of orders, issue invoices, send out notifications and generate data for the company based on the orders [login to view URL] second type of account holder is a company employee who can also make orders. This is just a snapshot of the main functions that the website should be able to do. The website should be very aesthetically pleasing and provide a simple to use User Experience that is on par with some of the best designs on the website. They can search our entire catalog and add new products and their price as soon as they come up. Completed lists (orders) can subsequently be submitted directly to Savana for processing and delivery. Streamlined payment options that integrate cashless systems i.e cards or cheques Access to online data aggregation tools such as analysis of purchase trends, past receipts, automatic ordering and pie charts. Data on company savings (Should be documented on invoices) Savana Admin capabilities: Add products with photos directly to the system. Create invoices with unique prices for each company. Text/Email notification to our delivery partner when ready to send in an order. Send monthly reminders and notifications to regular companies for the sake of follow up. Acknowledgment emails should automatically be generated once an order is received and opened by a Savana admin. This email should let the customer know when he or she will be delivered. Notifications on seasonal deals. Payment for company orders to be processed online, checks. Savana Employee Accounts Log on with their personal details and select the company that they work for.
