The food portal which connects the home chefs, restaurants and diners can be developed. The site will have the following features: a. Diners visit the site to view the various food offered by the registered chefs on the site. b. The site is similar to a marketplace where chefs/restaurants post their menu (food items) c. Users can search for their items, and add them to cart. d. Upon checkout they can pay online for the order. e. The order will be delivered or can be picked up. f. After order delivery user can post their reviews and rate the service. Search module: a. Site users visit the site and browse / search for the items. b. Various search criteria and search filters will be provided. c. Search filters include: Delivery time, min order values, delivery area, cuisine, chef rating, veg/nonveg, etc., d. Based on the selected filters the registered chefs details are displayed whoever matches them. Chefs / Restaurants: a. Can register and login to view their dashboard b. Post their menu items under various cuisine. c. Listings will have details like ingredients, item name, images, preparation time, cost etc., d. Each order placed will trigger a notification through email and SMS text message to the chef. e. Hello sir, Ref your project description we would like to inform you that we have already worked on similar project earlier but it was for restaurants booking, but overall the concept is very much similar to the one you are looking. Over here will users pay online in advance just like other sites or it will be on arrival. We would get the design done from scratch and coding too using dot net framework.
