I imagine you might want something like my own portfolio site, http://richardmable.com. This site is a one page site that uses some jQuery to make a nice smooth transition between the pages. If you have a color scheme in mind I can work with that. I like simple-the simpler the better, especially for one page sites that are mostly about dispensing information.
