This project is reposted because the previous freelancer wasted 4 weeks without doing work or communications. So I am looking for a reliable and trustworthy person for these tasks, someone who is willing to communicate and ready to work now. There are 2 tasks: 1. Make a copy of a responsive website in PHP with style similar to [login to view URL] it's responsive so there will be a PC and a mobile version. The hosting company is x10 hosting, I have a FTP account for you to test it out. Most photos and graphics will be supplied to the freelancer. No database required and the contents is driven by a text file (CSV) including paths to the photos, so the backend would be a simple management interface which allows editing of product info, such as name, description, product image filenames, etc. 2. simple adjustment of codes in 3 dynamic web page so the content will size better on common browser window in PC and mobile devices. The pages are: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] Project budget: US$150 or under Any question you can chat with me before bidding, each milestone payments will be around 10-20% each time and I cannot pay full cost upfront before the project begins.
