Build A Student Document Upload Website

Dear Sir/Madame, I need you to create a website which will allow student to get paid for uploading their study documents to our site. I have an example website which you can use as a guideline: [login to view URL] (I do not own this website) I would like a system very similar to this which allows students to set a price for other students to buy their work. I would like admin fees of 20% that are deducted from the final selling price of the documents. I will be using this website to help generate income for my family, we are really struggling at the moment and are really finding life hard. We thought this was a great idea; it could really lift off! Unfortunately, my budget for this project is very low. However, I will be with you for the entirety of this project.
