Brief Outline: I need a website/computer program developed that is able to search through two specific websites for key words. The website must be able to search for these key words on a continual and periodic basis (for example it may search for these words on a weekly basis) and notify the user via email or user profile when a match is found. Specifics: The website is intended as a property website. The website must be able to search through [login to view URL] & [login to view URL] for key words. That is, if a specific address is typed into my proposed website/computer program, it will check to see if that address is mentioned in a property listing on either of these two separate property websites. This "check" needs to be on a continual basis, say weekly. As soon as a match does come up, the user of my website needs to be notified that a match has been made. Without being particularly tech savvy, the concept is similar to google alerts, but simply checking through two specific websites for matches key words (addresses/street names) as opposed to searching through everything like google's much more sophisticated and technical service. If there is any one who is able to help me develop such a website, please let me know.

hello I can build such an application for you, I have already developed such apps which scrape data from other sites and saves into db , in your case we can make it so that it will send you an email every week if or so if it finds the text/address in the particular sites you want to search in.
