Build a Website

i need a website for the state delhi (india) in which we provide the information of events and activities on daily basis mainly and also about restaurants and theatres like [login to view URL] . firstly our website acquire location of user on the basis of that it shows the activity and events. Also it shows events and activity by distance( for eg, this activity is happening at 10 km from you).le the activity and events are uploaded by users on the site. Also there must be account of admin to upload data. on the front page, in the right sidebar we need user info and profile and in left sidebar our categories just like facebook. every user must make their profile to use the site and they can also add other people and categories. And in their profile we need private chat option for them. And we will discuss what we need in detail after we assign the project. we need this project on time.
