Welcome to my listing. My company is a digital location media company. We set up LCD displays that play media. This media needs to manageable by via an online network. I need a website extension built that allows me to set up a job order and material can be managed by the purchasing company. ie X company purchases this space for this X seconds a minute for X weeks. I submit email address it sends them a email contract with a link to upload there material. When material is uploaded it is uploaded to the client LCD display ready for display. (some are linux some are Android and some are PC) The purchasing company now has an account, in this section they can manage their material. Ie this space allows them to upload new material as they wish. Buy new space as it becomes available and repurchase space when there contract is close to ending (it must meet min specifications and be relative to purchased time) I need to be able to add more networks as we expand. Client terminals connect to the server via a mix of 3G and WiFi. This is the first mile stone ie the minimum requirements. I'm a visual person, so persuade me your the best person for the job in this way. [login to view URL]

I understand you are needing a personalized/customized/... "ticker system" with user control panel for customizing his views, .... and a admin control panel for set, config, ... I need your specs detailed. I was building "tickers" from a long time ago but your "tickering" is more complex than you are explaining. 1- Admin Control Panel 2- User/Client (Accounts) Control Panel 3- Payment(???): Periodic, ... 4- Interface/Panel for building/Defining Layouts for viewing. "XML building" to be captured (live) for "displays), politices for publishing (Displays) which are capturing new/modified layouts online (Ws, ...) and checking status (active, cancelled, ..), ... 3- Engine (JS, ...) to visualization current templates (layouts, images, temporizations, transtion effects, ... I propose (quickly and short by now): - Web: Admin, Client Accounts, Config, Parametrization, layout DESIGN (and its XML production/generation with all content packed (images, ...) using XML CDATA, etc..), ... - Engine for layout visualization on Displays: Two alternatives: a- standard JS coding (HTML5 based) for running trough a local web server (XAMPP, ...) . b- same but cocos2d-js based engine. Real price will be provided when I know all concrete/detailed specs. Probably it will be more higher than indicated for me. Regards RM: Are you already convinced?
