Build a Website

Hi freelancers, This is a project to develop a website from scratch. The website is an e-commerce store with CMS features. Apart from the CMS feature, the main part of the project is the IP dependent content sections in the site. The site is meant to sell products all of which are not available for different countries. So we need to have an admin interface where admin can choose which countries gets to see what content in each section. Following aspects of the site needs to be IP dependent: - Home page text - Home Page slideshow - Product Prices - Product Descriptions and Images - Product taxes and shipping - Ability to hide some products per IP Basically from the visitors IP we need to determine (Please include the text "IPDEPENDENT" at the top of the bid to let me know you have gone through the description) which country the visitor belongs to, and then based on the choice admin has made for each section, we need to show the above attributes. No upfront payment, but will create and release milestones as we go. I will need a detailed proposal and relevant websites you have built for you bid to be considered. Its not the cheapest bid that will be considered, but the bid with best proposal and demonstrates a good understanding of the requirement will win, even if its not the cheapest. Happy Bidding!!
