Build a Website

In short I'm looking for "My Guy/Gal" . To be qualified as such you'll need to have expertise in creating wordpress blogs and be very skillful in graphic design (illustrator & photoshop) and just have an eye for great design and website usability and flow. My vision is to create a network of blogs (20+) that I can eventually sell ads against, but I need to find someone to take on the web development aspect of the business. At first I plan on paying per site, but If we work well together and you prove you can hit your deadlines and do great work than I would love to form a long term partnership with you.
