Build a Website and more

-I am looking to build a simple website, using some free website builder platform is fine, again just a simple site that i can easily manage and looks clean and professional. -logo design -basic cart functions (paypal) using canned program is fine -replicating site url (affiliate type page) -customer login -site must work on mobile devices, possibly simple app development? -** most important ** sites sole purpose is to generate revenue from traffic using admod, iad etc… I want the freelancer to have solid experience with these situations and services, which is more important than your web design skills. That’s just a plus! :-) -some other developments will be required and discussed with potential developers later as part of on going development of additional features are needed. I am looking to act quickly and work in small fast milestones, but am flexible and willing discuss options best for all. again i really want someone who knows their stuff about maximizing revenue from site traffic with out being a nuisance to visitor Thank you
