Build a Website which could earn me minimum $10 per month

Good Day, I have already complated my few websites in past and they worked good for paying me but for limited period of time and due to some reasons, websites could not pay me. I want a website which could earn me long and not to be disabled by either google adsense or any of your medium. My google adsense is disabled now due to some reasons. If somebody creates a website for me to be linked with google adsense, then he should know how to recover the adsense account or how to create an adsense account. If not adsense, then any good medium which could pay $10 PER MONTH AS MINIMUM. I pay good and as per our contract but if anybody cheats or tells continuous lies, then I go for honest treatment which should be at that time. Pls bid for a long relationship and God bless you all .
