This is a Continuing education Credit Tracker for about 800 users. They need a secure way for a user to login and input class data AFTER they take a class. They will be presented with a QR or Passcode to be able to enter the credit thier account after the class is completed. A "passcode" may be the best way, but I am flexible. [login to view URL] a website that will work on any browser including mobile devices. 2. Have a Signin, or create account set up. In SIGNIN, have function for users to us "forgot password" to email based on USER ID or USER EMAIL 3. Make "create account" Database, Fields: USER FIRST NAME, USER LAST NAME, USER EMAIL, USER CERT ID. 4. Have USER have the ability to ENTER new Data( Training Courses Taken) with an ID code. New Courses DB, Fields: Date,location, Class number, Class Title, class Description, CE Hours. 5. USER can VIEW list of only courses that USER has entered. 6. Have user able to print one (PDF)or all records (Excel) 7. Build master Users (four) that can view all records and export to CVS or EXCEL.
