Build a Wordpress Template so I can quickly duplicate Websites

Hey my name is Darren. I'm looking for someone to build a simple Wordpress Template Site that I can use to clone into new sites for my clients. It's important that I have particular features that I can quickly and simply add or update information, content, images and video without having to re-build each site from scratch. Just to be clear, this Template needs to be transferable to a number of new Wordpress based websites. Below is the simple design that I'd like re-creating, please feel free to contact me if you need further clarification.
